Gutter Guard Installation

Great service. He was over doing my neighbor’s house and I stopped by to ask if he’d take a look at one spot on my place that needed cleaned but was hard for me to reach. He came by and said he’d be happy to knock it out before his next appointment. The spot is now clean and the charge was more than reasonable. I truly could not be more pleased.

Was extremely satisfied with my service from My guy. I am part owner in a medium sized residential HVAC company, and I always find it interesting having other residential home services at my house. I like learning something new, or know I’m doing things right. However this call was not a sting, I was in much need of soft-washing all the way around, from my back deck, to the siding all around the house, as well as my windows. I was extremely satisfied with the scheduling process, and the communication leading up to my appointment. I was assigned William as the man for the job. I briefly introduce myself upon his arrival, and showed him the lay of the land. He was VERY professional, clean cut, and VERY trust worthy! I left for work shortly after his arrival. He kept communication with me the whole time I was at work, including a small snag on my end, that caused me to come back home so he could finish what he was there for. By the time I came home from work for the day, I was truly impressed with the overall finish of my home. That was my first soft wash experience, and 100% worth it! A bit hard to get ahold of to schedule, other than that the work was excellent. Had driveway cleaned as well as house, both look fantastic. They did such a good job that there was no evidence they had been there, other than everything was sparkling clean. Highly recommend, price was more than reasonable and affordable.

One of the things that impressed me was that Sam, himself, came out to do the work because his staff was at another site. Most business owners wouldn’t do that but instead would reschedule. His communication as to what time he would be there and whether there would be a delay was excellent. We all have been there with the “between the hours of…..” song and dance so being told an exact time was great. After the work was completed, I appreciated the explanation of what was done and what I could do to help with the maintenance of my vinyl siding. I plan on definitely using My Guy Services again.
